We hope you LOVE all items you purchase with us but if you do not, that’s okay! If you have questions about an item or would like to give feedback, please send us an email at shoprnrboutique@gmail.com.
RETURN POLICY:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
All return requests must be made within 14 days of the order being placed. RNR will ship the first exchange to you with a return label. You (customer) are responsible for shipping the item back to us if the return doesn't work out.
Once we receive the item, we will examine it. Please allow 5 business days for this process to take place. Once the item has met the return criteria, we will issue you a refund.

Meet the Owner
Hello! I’m Stephanie Mars, owner of RNR Boutique!
It has always been my dream to have my own boutique. After 20 years in Consumer and Mortgage banking God brought me RNR! The saying, do something you love and you’ll never work a day in your life is so true!
I am married, have three bonus children who are grown and starting their adult lives!
My husband and I are dog lovers, especially Yorkies. We consider our dogs our babies. Our first Yorkie baby was Rhett, who was 15 when he passed. We recently rescued another Yorkie baby, Riley, who was found abandoned and neglected. Happy to say he is now happy, healthy and thriving! So for me RNR stands for my yorkie babies, Rhett and Riley.
RNR is such a great space and the goal has always been to provide a fun, safe, enjoyable environment where you feel uplifted!!
God has blessed me with RNR!! My goal is to bring faith and fashion together to be a light and bless others- Stephanie 💖
