AWBs are made with organic products, at times a slight color differentiation might occur, this is only natural as humidity and temperature conditions do affect the outcome. Our Serenity Prayer Bead is made with uncoated brass which as time goes by, might develop a verdi-gris patina. RETURN POLICY:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
All return requests must be made within 14 days of the order being placed. RNR will ship the first exchange to you with a return label. You (customer) are responsible for shipping the item back to us if the return doesn't work out.
Once we receive the item, we will examine it. Please allow 5 business days for this process to take place. Once the item has met the return criteria, we will issue you a refund.
